FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 7TH

OPENING CEREMONY

Tonight, athletes and team officials from more than 80 countries will parade into the stadium to watch the last of the Olympic torch bearers light the Olympic cauldron. The Olympic Flame will stay lit for the duration of the Games. Over 6,000 athletes and team officials will participate in what is bound to be one of the greatest Olympic Winter Games of all time.

you tell them to help them perform at their best?

Twitterific

Hi Parents, I would like to try a collaborative writing activity using Twitter. Students will require a Twitter account for this purpose. In class students will only be allowed to use the account for the purpose of this assignment. 

Some parents may have some concerns about their child having Twitter and this is completely understandable. If this is the case, creating an account with your child where you both have access to the account and password enabling you to view all activity may alleviate this concern. 

I believe this will be an innovative and enriching learning experience so please consider signing up for this account.
