Alex finds a bug to listen to him so I can infer that Mr Sayle is kinda creepy and he is getting suspicious that he might be a spy so alex might have to watch out so also i think he actually has something to hide.
Alex finds a bug in his room that Sayle planted in his room so he can hear and be creepy, also it is also like stalking. Also I think that he put that in his room because i think that Sayle know that he is a spy
In the room Alex found a bug. I can infer that Mr. Sayle is a creep and that he is so protective that he needs to listen to every one in that room and he must wonder if some thing is going down because Alex said his name and he almost blew his cover.
At the end of the chapter Alex finds a bug behind the painting, near the bathroom. A reader can infer that Herod Sayle is being extra careful about having anyone stay at his place. I think that he didn't have the bug planted there when Ian Rider was there, but since he ran off Sayle decided to be extra careful. About letting anyone know about what happens with the Storm Breakers. ~ ;D

I think that Mr.Sayle is very suspicious about Alex because his uncle just came and got killed, so he's expecting the Special Operations to send another agent so he's being more careful with the people that come in so he spy's on them with the little device.
Alex found a bug in the bathroom, he found it by using his Game Boy and inserting his Speed Wars cartridge. The readers can infer that Mr.Sayle could be a spy and doesn't trust Felix (Alex)and it could be a trap for him.
Alex found his things there but knowing Alex he saw little things like the three hairs he put in the teeth of the zipper were gone.He was certain that someone had gone through his things. I think Harod Sayle is a very cautious person and isn't as easy to put trust in other people. Harod has "Felix/Alex" on surveillance because he's new and they cant quickly trust him .
The room would be bugged because maybe he wants to keep tabs on him ,also to make sure his alias checks out and nothing is suspicious about him.I also think Harod likes to be in charge of things.
In the end of the chapter Alex finds a picture with a bug taped on the back of it.Based on what he found a reader can think that Mr.Sayle was spying on Ian Ryder because Alex mentioned that his uncle was the last person to sleep in the room,Alex is in.He could have also putten it there to see if there`s people trying to destroy one of his plans.
Alex Found the Computerised bug behind the painting inthe bathroom. I can infere that Sayle has a open atitude. I know because when he told Alex about the the baudy guard and the room you can not feel any hesitation in his voice.

Alex found a black disk about the size of a dime, that was hidden behind the canvas. The reader can infer that Mr. Sayle is hiding something. He seemed all nice, but according to what Alex found, he is definately hiding something. We don't know mych about Mr. Sayle yet, but all we can infer now is that Sayle is up to something.
At the end of the chapter, Alex found a bug (a device that can record what someone says and does) behind a painting in his room using one of his GameBoy games. I can infer that Mr Sayle is paranoid because of what Ian Rider found out, or he is suspicious that MI6 has sent another agent undercover, as they have.
At the end of the chapter, Alex Rider found a bug taped behind the picture that Picasso drew and found out that Herod Sayle was looking at everything Alex was doing through the bug(the bug is a type of video camera and recorder).
Alex found a bug in his room at the end of his chapter.(used to spy, track, and record or videotape.) This proves that Mr. Sayle is a sly, and dishonest. He said that he wanted to know and become Ale's friend and being a friend isn't tracking someone or trying to find out if they are hiding something. Even though Alex was hiding gadgets in his normal looking items that doesn't mean that he should bug his personal items. This means Sayle is a concealed and tricky character. -Manmeet
Alex found a little audio bug behind a frame in the room. I think Mr. Sayle put it there because he thought that maybe Alex wasn't just an ordinary person, maybe he has a scret.
Alex found a bug behind a painting in the end of the chapter,meaning that Mr.sayle was being alert (careful) because maybe before when Ian Rider came they found out that he was a spy and they are being careful that no other spy comes and they might be suspicious about Alex/Felix. My another inference is that maybe they didn't put the bug for Alex maybe it was already there when Ian rider was there and maybe thats how they found that Ian rider was a spy.
Alex found a small black disk in his room that was called a bug and it listened and watched what he did while he was there but fertunitly he found it and took it out. The bug was behind the painting.
Alex uses his "gameboy" to see if the room is bugged, like Mr.Blunt's assistant said, and a little red light flashed faster and faster and then showed a picture on top of his bed, Alex lifts it up and finds that the room is bugged :)
