If you have yet to finish your graphic novel or if I gave it back and asked you to fix it, tomorrow morning is your final chance to hand it in.

  3. The five E's are :
    1. Earnestness
    2. Education
    3. Emancipation
    4. Expression
    5. Excellence

Earnestness means to be sincere, or serious with something. For example, if someone is earnest about their grades, that means that they take school very seriously and want to succeed.

Education means going to school and learning new things. Education is very important because in order to have a good future ahead of you, you need to have an education so you can get a good job to support yourself.

Emancipation means to be free, and that is very important because if someone isn't free, they cannot make their own choices and also can't try and make a difference in the world since they can't speak their mind. Noni talked about how her great-great-great grandmother was a slave, and slaves aren't free to make their own decisions, and that is important.

Expression means to express yourself, and Noni said that expression is important so that you can state your opinion, and inspire people with your ideas. Expression is very important because people need to express themselves in order to relate to other people, inspire them, and also to entertain them sometimes.

Excellence means to be excellent at something, or to excel at something (which means to get better). Excellence is important because people need to have excellence to be something great in the future. You also need to be excellent in school to be able to go to college or university and become something important.

I had a great time listening to Noni Carter speak today. She was a very motivational speaker and used great EXPRESSION. I really enjoyed how she said how important EDUCATION is in order to be EXCELLENT. In my opinion, Noni's EARNESTNESS about being an author was very important, or else she wouldn't have been able to give us the wonderful speech she did today. Noni spread her message very clearly, and how EMANCIPATION is another key to being successful. Hopefully, I will get the chance to read Noni's book, Good Fortune, because it sounds amazing to me :)

  5. The fives E's to success are expression, earnestness, education, excellence, and emancipation.

I think expression means to express yourself.
You can express yourself by drawling, dancing, painting, writing, music and much more.
Expressing yourself is also how you make choices and desisions.

Earnestness is when you earn important things that will help you success in life.
Earning people's trust is very important in life. Hardworking will earn good things in life which motivate you to try your best to succeed.

Education is also really important for success because edcuation helps you get a job when you are older. Without education you can't get a job. Education means hardworking, never giving up and learning.

Excellence to me, is achieving goals and making new goals and always challlenging yourself.
To me, this is excellence because this is what helps people succeed.

    Emancipation means freedom.
Without freedom, you can't achieve your dreams and do what you want to do.

  6. Education is important because your going to need education for everything. Education will lead you to your life goals.

Excellence is what everyone is going for. This is what you want to hear from others when describing you.

Emancipation is the act of freeing someone. If there weren't any people like this, there would be many limits and noone would be able to do what they do best.

Expression is what you need to make things interesting. It helps people express and show what they're really thinking.

Earnestness is when people focus on their life goals and won't give up. This is important because you can't be lazy and expect good things to come to you. -SARIK

  8. The 5 E's are emancipation, education, earestness, expression, and excellence.
    1. Emancipation means to gave freedom, physically and mentally, and to do what you want to do to be successful in life. This is important because we can't go through life having someone constantly telling you what to do, and not letting you have a mind of your own. If we didn't have any emancipation, we wouldn't be able to follow our dreams, do what we think is right and not give in to peer pressure.
    2. Education means that you grow by learning and experiences. I think education is important because if we weren't well educated, we wouldn't be able to succeed and follow our dreams and be what we want to be.
    3. Earnestness means that you put 100% effort into what youre doing and you're dedicated and determined towards something you want. This is really important because you can't go anywhere in life without putting any effort and dedication into what you're doing.
    4. Experssion means to show who you are through something you like to do, for example, art, dance, singing, or music. This is important because you need to be yourself and find people who will accept you for who you are.
    5. The last E is excellence. Excellence to me, means that you're not only good at what you do, but you've reached your goals and did your best to get what you want, even if people told you that you couldn't do it. This is really important because it's hard to ignore what people say and you have to work hard to convince yourself and other people you can do it.
